NADA has this listed at $2458.00 at LOW retail.
Has removable rear step mounted on a 2” receiver, it has great towing capacity. Siren and lights are still installed and work, the red lenses have been changed to amber for use by other than life services.
It is a strong runner, and has no problem hitting and running at 90 mph, and it does not feel like it when it does.
This van has cruise control, and factory A/C [needs to be charged]. The tires are in good shape, and it has duel gas tanks for extended range of driving. Brakes are good, and the seats are in great condition.
All in all, you will not find a rig this old, in this good of shape. Now, it is an ‘87’, so there are some rust spots, but no body cancer that I can see. I installed power windows and power door locks, the brain on the door locks has died, but that would be a simple switch over.
In the back we have shelves and a work bench, and fantastic lights [very very bright] so working back there would be a breeze.
